FINMA Guidance

KYC

Know Your Client: Clients are identified by INTRUM AG and defined in a delegation agreement between INTRUM AG and Capital Management Partner AG. The electronic identification procedure of INTRUM AG complies with FINMA Circular 2016/07 on video and online identification (FINMA Circ. 2016/07). INTRUM AG is assigned under a separate service contract to carry out the identification of the end-clients.

AML

Anti-Money Laundering: The AMLA examination takes SECO sanctions, FATF and Bush lists, as well as a PEP review into account. Since 2.3.2004, we’re officially a member of the SRO PolyReg and therefore entitled to act as a financial intermediary within the meaning of Article 2, Paragraph 3 of the Anti-Money Laundering Act.
